The F3 and T3 are the Life Fitness introductory treadmills for home, with the 'F' signifying 'Folding'; therefore, if you do not require your treadmill to fold-up, go for this treadmill, the Life Fitness T3 Treadmill, and benefit from a longer running area (60", compared to 55" on the F3) and a great top-speed (12mph, instead of 10mph on the F3).
With its combination of features, the T3 Treadmill brings a great cardio experience to any home and the build-quality we've come to expect from Life Fitness.

If you are looking for a decent treadmill at home to run a few kilometers on a few times a week, and provided you have room to leave it out (not requiring the folding of the F3!), then, the T3 Treadmill is the sensible choice for you. If you cover more ground and/ or there's multiple users at home, then look at the T5 Treadmill or above.
