The Life Fitness CLUB SERIES+ TREADMILL is like bringing an old friend home, as it very much reminds me of when the Life Fitness Silverline Treadmills were first-introduced in gyms. It's got the more basic SL Console (a more dated looking LED monitor); however, the SL is intuitive and easy to use. The treadmill itself is fantastic, as anyone who's used or owned a CLUB SERIES (old or new) can testify.

For the serious runner at home, or a PT studio, who doesn't mind spending a few bob, the Life Fitness CLUB SERIES+ TREADMILL is for you. The only step-up, really, is the PLATINUM CLUB SERIES TREADMILL, which is basically the same as you get in a modern-day gym.

With me (Matt writing) referencing the monitor almost like it's a downside, the below Life Fitness video will help you, as the reality is that it's a very decent monitor, but it's not the "iPad on a Treadmill" that the SE3 HD Console is - for running purposes, the SL is still plenty good enough on the CLUB SERIES+ TREADMILL.
