The F3 and T3 are the Life Fitness introductory treadmills for home, with the 'F' signifying 'Folding'. The Life Fitness F3 Folding Treadmill offers the quality, performance, and great aesthetics that you'd expect from Life Fitness in a machine that can be stored quickly and easily.

With its combination of features and flexibility, it brings a great cardio experience to any home.

Choose from console options including the new Track Connect, with device ability, or the Go Console for a simpler experience.

If you can leave the treadmill down (don't need to fold it), we recommend the T3 or T5 treadmills, which benefit from larger running surfaces.

"QUALITY FOR YEARS. I have had my F3 for about 13 years and it still runs like new. And I run about 3 times a week -5k avg. worth every penny."

The above is kind of what you need to know - who it's for, how long you can expect it to last under that use, etc. It's a solid machine for someone who runs 5k to 10k two to three times a week, which covers most of us. If you're a more avid runner, maybe 10k a few times a week, or prepping indoors for a marathon, I'd opt for the T5 Treadmill, if you have the space. If you're a more serious long-distance runner (most likely running on the roads primarily), I do recommend either the CLUB Series or PLATINUM Series at home, or, join a gym with the Life Fitness ELEVATION or INTEGRITY models.
