Each arm is powered by its own 75 kg weight stack, allowing the user to train both sides together or independently. A smooth Kevlar-reinforced belt drive, supportive positioning and natural overhead pivot produce an exceptionally comfortable rowing motion with strong engagement throughout the back.
The JAWS Prime TWIN-FORCE™ Lat Low Row brings the balanced, independent movement of an iso-lateral plate-loaded row into a convenient selectorised format. It provides the substantial feel and focused muscular engagement associated with plate-loaded rowing machines, without requiring users to load and unload weight plates.
Unlike a conventional selectorised row in which both movement arms share one weight stack, the TWIN-FORCE™ system gives each arm its own dedicated 75 kg stack. The left and right sides therefore operate independently, supporting unilateral training, alternating repetitions or conventional two-arm rows.
Separate movement arms allow each side of the body to work through the exercise independently. This helps users identify strength differences, train around imbalances and prevent the stronger side from compensating for the weaker side.
The machine can be used one arm at a time or with both arms simultaneously, making it suitable for balanced strength development, controlled hypertrophy work and progressive unilateral training.
The production model uses a tried-and-tested Kevlar-reinforced belt-drive system. This creates a smooth and direct transfer of resistance from each weight stack to its corresponding movement arm, with consistent loading throughout the rowing motion.
Each 75 kg stack is complemented by a 2.5 kg incremental weight, allowing smaller increases when more precise load progression is required.
The supportive seating position helps stabilise the user so that attention can remain on the working muscles rather than maintaining balance. Generous upholstery and carefully considered positioning make the machine particularly comfortable, while the overhead pivot produces a natural pulling arc with excellent back engagement.
The rowing movement primarily targets the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and trapezius, with assistance from the rear deltoids and biceps. Its supported design makes it equally valuable for controlled strength work and higher-volume back training.
The JAWS Prime TWIN-FORCE™ Lat Low Row is ideal for commercial gyms seeking the feel and independent mechanics of a plate-loaded iso-lateral row without the operational drawbacks of loose plates. Users can adjust both stacks quickly, keeping workouts moving while retaining genuine left-to-right independence.
