Used Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Row

Used Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Row

The Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Row is a commercial plate-loaded machine built around a chest-supported rowing movement. Its two independent work arms let users train both sides together or focus on one side at a time, making it a versatile addition to a back-training area.

An adjustable seat helps users find their position against the chest pad. The multiple handle positions offer a choice of grips for rowing sessions, while the plate-loaded design lets users set the resistance to suit their workout.
