A basic nylon triceps rope, just a reasonable length (70cm) and durable (both knobs and swivel). Despite being nylon, the rope feels okay in the palm and is approximately 28mm thick. The rubber knobs diameter are circa 65mm. The steel swivel joint makes it easy for use for a combination of biceps and triceps exercises.
