The ATX Octa bundle includes everything required to train from 4 kg to 36 kg per dumbbell and store the complete system neatly between workouts.

The two dumbbells rest securely in dedicated anti-slip trays at the top of the stand. Weight plates that are not currently fitted to the handles can be organised within the lower storage section, while four separate openings provide a convenient place for the threaded collars.

This integrated design keeps every component together, readily accessible and raised from floor level.

Adjustable from 4 kg to 36 kg per dumbbell

Each ATX Octa dumbbell can be configured between 4 kg and 36 kg, with straightforward 2 kg increases throughout the weight range.

The lighter settings are ideal for warm-ups, curls, lateral raises and isolation exercises. Heavier configurations provide ample resistance for dumbbell bench presses, shoulder presses, rows, split squats, lunges and Romanian deadlifts.

Instead of purchasing and storing a large collection of fixed dumbbells, this single pair provides a broad selection of training weights within one compact footprint.

Quick-change threaded collar system

The ATX Octa system provides a robust and straightforward alternative to adjustable dumbbells that use plastic dials or complicated internal selection mechanisms.

To change the weight, simply loosen each threaded collar by approximately 8–10 mm, remove or add the required Octa plates and retighten. The collars do not ordinarily need to be removed completely, making weight changes faster than with conventional spinlock dumbbells.

Once tightened, the substantial collars hold the selected plates securely and help prevent unwanted movement or rattling during training.

Balanced octagonal weight plates

The accurately balanced plates feature a distinctive eight-sided shape. This octagonal profile prevents the dumbbells from rolling across the gym floor and provides a stable resting position between sets.

Because only the plates required for the selected resistance are fitted to the handles, the dumbbells remain compact at lighter weights. This provides a more natural dumbbell feel and a less restricted range of movement than systems that remain at their maximum length regardless of the chosen weight.

Knurled steel dumbbell handles

The solid steel handles feature a 35 mm grip diameter and a secure knurled gripping surface. This creates a firm connection between the hand and dumbbell during pressing, rowing and lower-body movements without relying on rubber or plastic handle coverings.

Approximately 13.5 cm of usable grip width provides comfortable hand positioning while retaining the compact feel of a traditional dumbbell.

Height-adjustable dumbbell storage stand

The included ATX Octa Storage Stand positions both dumbbells at a more comfortable height for loading, lifting and returning after each set.

The storage height can be adjusted through five positions between 60 cm and 70 cm. This allows you to select a suitable setup while reducing the need to repeatedly bend down to floor level when changing weights or beginning an exercise.

Anti-slip and noise-dampening dumbbell trays

Two strong moulded trays provide secure resting positions for the adjustable dumbbells. Their anti-slip and noise-dampening construction helps reduce unwanted movement and metal-on-metal contact when the dumbbells are returned to the stand.

The trays also help protect the dumbbells and stand while creating a cleaner and more refined storage arrangement.

Organised storage for plates and collars

The lower section of the stand accommodates up to 2 x 18 ATX Octa weight plates, providing sufficient space to organise the removable plates from the supplied 2 x 36 kg dumbbell set.

Four dedicated openings hold the threaded collars when removed from the handles. An integrated accessory pin can also store compatible magnetic micro-weights when they are not in use.

Heavy-duty and space-saving construction

The dumbbell stand uses a substantial steel frame weighing approximately 43 kg, creating a stable base when changing, lifting or returning the dumbbells. Rubber feet provide additional grip and help protect the training surface underneath.

With a footprint of approximately 75.5 cm wide by 60 cm deep, the complete system requires considerably less space than an equivalent collection of fixed dumbbells and a conventional dumbbell rack.
