ATX Fat Grip Dumbbell Handle

The ATX Fat Grip Dumbbell has an extra thick handle with a diameter of 50 mm, ideal for training grip strength and forearms. Unlike regular dumbbells, the fat bar requires stronger grip strength, making workouts with the same weight harder. This fat bar dumbbell can also be used for exercises such as one-arm rowing and heavy shrugs. The dumbbell has a black coating for a good grip and can be used with most Olympic 50 mm weight plates.
