The leg sled is best described as an upside down leg press. It was the original Gironda-style hack squat, before hack squats took the weight off your hips and put them on your shoulders.
Olympic (2"/ 50mm) weights sold separately. Power bands are sold separetely.
The best way to describe the leg sled is kind of like an upside down leg press (not a hack squat!). The design is compact and less load is needed compared to a 45 degree leg press. For someone looking to add an extra device to their leg training, the ATX Leg Sled is a great piece of kit; however, we are more inclined to recommend the Leg Master/ Blaster Squat.
