The 1.25kg ATX Colour Stripe Olympic Gripper Plate provides a practical way to make smaller, more controlled increases to your training weight. Compatible with standard 50mm Olympic barbells and plate-loaded gym equipment, it is particularly useful when progressing on exercises where a larger weight increase would be excessive.

The plate combines a finely cast iron core with a thick, high-quality natural rubber coating. This durable finish helps protect the plate, surrounding equipment and gym flooring during normal handling, while also reducing the noise associated with traditional iron plates.

Two opposing grip openings make the plate easier to pick up, carry and load. They also allow the plate to be used independently for warm-ups, shoulder exercises and other functional strength movements.

Easy Handling and Secure Loading

A stainless-steel centre ring allows the plate to slide smoothly onto and off Olympic barbell sleeves. The 50.4mm internal diameter provides compatibility with standard 50mm Olympic bars and most commercial plate-loaded resistance machines.

The raised ATX branding and distinctive twelve-sided recessed design give the plate a strong commercial appearance, while the compact 165mm diameter makes it easy to store alongside larger plates from the ATX Colour Stripe range.
