Train the hamstrings with this commercial Hammer Strength prone leg curl. Its independent left and right work arms allow single-leg training or a two-leg movement, with resistance added using weight plates.

The angled body pads support the user in a face-down position, while separate ankle rollers and stabilising grips help provide a controlled setup. The machine is finished in black and includes plate storage horns on its frame.
