Sumo Deadlift Bar

While the Sumo Deadlift Bar was conceived by Chris at Strength First, I was fortunate to have input on the finished product and get to use the bar for the first time alongside Chris at FIBO 2016. My input is relatively small, but I (Matt AKA Gym Professor) and Marvin at Fitness-Seller.nl pushed for the bar to have the great properties of the Ram Bar...black oxide shaft, deep knurl, 206k psi, anti-slip sleeves, brass bushings, etc...in order that it performs so well, only with the concept of having the knurling reversed...wide centre-knurl and smooth either side of it. Marvin also designed the sumo-style end-cap.

Having tried it at the show, and many others having tried it, I think we got everything spot on...and the price is great too!
