Bamboo Bar

The Bamboo Bar weighs just 3kg, but can handle 136kg in weight. This may not sound very much weight, but, believe me, using this bar, it is a lot of weight! Not your average bar, with bands and weights in tow, keeping the bar under sufficient stability during it's want to move chaotically is the challenge in completing lifts.
