Make smaller, more precise increases to your training load with the ATX® Magnetic Add-On Weights. Available in 0.5kg and 1kg options, these compact magnetic weights are ideal when the next conventional weight increment is too large.

Simply position the add-on weight against a suitable steel weight stack plate, dumbbell, barbell or weight plate. The integrated magnets hold it securely in place, allowing you to fine-tune the resistance without changing the equipment or interrupting your workout.

Many selectorised strength machines increase in relatively large steps. This can make progression difficult, particularly during isolation exercises or rehabilitation work where even a small increase in resistance can feel significant.
