ATX® Competition Powerlifting Plate Storage Rack – PLS-2000

Keep calibrated powerlifting plates properly organised and within easy reach of the lifting platform with the ATX® Competition Powerlifting Plate Storage Rack.

The PLS-2000 has been purpose-designed for powerlifting competitions, strength facilities and specialist training environments. Unlike a conventional plate tree, its elevated, divided layout allows thin calibrated plates to be stored upright and separated by denomination. This makes plates easier to identify, remove and return, which is particularly useful during fast-moving competition attempts.

The rack provides 12 compartments for full-size plates and four smaller compartments for change plates. Two additional chrome-plated 50 mm storage horns can be used for collars or smaller Olympic plates.

A spacious lower shelf measuring approximately 96 x 38 cm provides further storage for competition collars, fractional plates, chalk bowls and other lifting accessories.

For a complete competition arrangement, two PLS-2000 racks can be positioned on either side of the platform. Each rack can accommodate nine 25 kg plates alongside one plate of each smaller denomination from 20 kg down to 0.5 kg, subject to the dimensions of the plates being used.

Built around a strong, stable frame, the PLS-2000 weighs 55 kg and has a maximum rated load of 350 kg. Anti-slip rubber feet improve stability while helping to protect the gym floor.

Developed in Germany and certified to EN 20957 Class S, this is a professional storage solution for powerlifting clubs, commercial gyms and competition organisers.

Competition storage example

When two racks are used—one at each side of the platform—each PLS-2000 can be arranged to hold:

• One 1.25 kg plate
• One 0.5 kg plate

This provides quick access to a full range of competition plate denominations.
