Unlike conventional Jammer Arms, which typically operate along a fixed movement path, the ATX RRL-700 incorporates an innovative 3D movement system that allows the arms to move laterally as well as vertically. Combined with independently adjustable starting positions, smooth roller-slide height adjustment and the included rotating Power Handles, this system offers exceptional versatility for pressing, pulling and functional strength training.

3D Free-Motion Technology

The innovative 3D movement mechanism enables the Jammer Arms to move horizontally as well as vertically, creating more natural and varied movement paths. The horizontal movement can be locked into position when a more controlled exercise path is preferred, making the system suitable for both fixed-path and free-motion strength exercises.

Roller-Slide Trolley Height Adjustment

Integrated ball-bearing rollers allow each Jammer Arm assembly to travel smoothly along the compatible rack upright. A dual-handle adjustment system and locking pin make it straightforward to reposition the arms for different exercises and users.

Multi-Adjustable Starting and Movement Positions

With 12 vertical and 6 horizontal adjustment positions, the ATX RRL-700 offers extensive control over the starting angle and direction of movement. Each arm can be adjusted independently, allowing users to configure the system for a wide variety of strength exercises and movement patterns.

ATX Power Handles Included

Unlike standard RRL-700 packages, our complete system includes a pair of ATX Power Handles as standard. These premium handles feature ball-bearing rotating grips that can follow the natural rotation of the hands during exercise.

The Power Handles can operate freely or be secured in one of four fixed positions using the magnetic locking pin. Chrome-finished, knurled grips provide secure handling, while the robust mounting system allows the handles to be fitted to the Jammer Arms.

Removable Weight Horns and Optimised Resistance

The removable weight horns allow Olympic weight plates to be positioned further forward on the arms, helping to alter the resistance curve and introduce tension earlier in certain movements. The weight horns can be attached or removed using the integrated screw-knob fixing system.

Commercial-Grade ATX Engineering

Designed for demanding strength training environments, the ATX 3D Jammer Arms feature a heavy-duty matt-black construction, precision adjustment mechanisms and durable chrome-finished components. Certified to EN 20957 I, II and IV Class S, the system is suitable for both commercial and home gym applications.
