Forget using different size weight plates under your heels, this squat ramp allows you to position your heels at the right height by simply placing your heels at an appropriate position on the ramp. Great for improved comfort and/ or progressive mobility in the squat exercise.

The ATX Squat Ramp is made of hard solid rubber (90-shore hardness), ensuring firmess underfoot, no matter how heavy the load! The grooves/ lines allow you to assume your favoured elevation, or, monitor progression.

Great for improved comfort and/ or progressive mobility in the squat exercise.

Made from solid rubber of a hard density (90-shore!), ensuring a stable platform underfoot.

Dimensions: 70cm wide, 16cm deep. 5cm at tallest point.

The height being 5cm, allows for heel elevation from a maximum of 50mm (heels at rear of ramp) to circa 10mm (heels toward start of ramp edge).

Ramp gradient: 19 degrees.

Boxed dimensions: 71x17x7cm. GW: 6kg.

Load capacity: Tested to 800kg.
