This pad is as simple as a domed pad to achieve greater scapula retraction. Importantly, it's executed with purpose - it's the right amount of firmness, is wipe clean, and can be secured to your existing bench.

The BAMBOO BENCH ® has three universal Velcro fasteners, which enables easy and fast attachment to a bench.
