ATX ^® WRIST ROLLER - FOREARM TRAINER

The ATX ^® Wrist Roller is a premium training tool for developing forearm muscles and grip strength.

The ATX ^® Wrist Roller consists of a two-part steel handle with a tear-resistant nylon strap attached in the middle, which is loaded with appropriate weights at the end. By turning / winding the tape onto the spool, forearm muscles and grip strength are specifically stressed.
The ATX ^® Wrist Roller can be used hands-free or attached to all ATX ^® rigs and racks in conjunction with the optionally available ATX ^® universal mount , which enables even more targeted training. The weights (e.g. kettlebell or weight plates) are simply hooked into the weight loop; a corresponding carabiner is included as standard. An even more comfortable loading is guaranteed by means of the optionally available ATX ^® Loading Pin .
