This uncompromising suspension trainer from ATX provides the highest-quality alongside a functional design. There's many suspension trainers out there, but this is probably the best quality for value and gets the TGR (The Gym Revolution) seal of approval.
Tested safe to over 560kg.
The TRX Suspension Trainer, the forerunner of the modern day rope suspension systems, has created a swarm of "suspension trainers" on the market; however, which one do you go for? For me, the TRX is too pricey for what you get, but there's a massive void in build quality between that and the cheaper suspension trainers. In comes the ATX Suspension Trainer. I'd say it's of much better build than the TRX and at half the price. Yes, there's cheaper suspension trainers (even a third less in price), but most of these are notorius to have issues with buckles slipping and poor stitching. The ATX Suspension Trainer is as robust as they come and incremental numbering on the straps makes it so much easier to get the tension and handle position just right, plus, the buckles don't slip! Another nice accessory is the additional purchase of the gymnastic rings.
Whilst we're looking at alternatives to the TRX, something that's been in my closet the past couple of years is the FK Pro. The creator of this only lives a few miles away and gave me one for trial after a coffe and a catch up. We're in realms of the TRX price-wise, but it's a two-point mounting system - more like traditional rope suspension training. The two-point mounting system means that you can spread the mounting distance, so it can prove more comfortable for certain exercises, namely chest. If you're interested in the FK Pro system, please contact us. Something to note on the ATX Suspension Trainer, the straps are not conjoined (2-pieces, like the FK Pro), but there is only one mounting block. We may look to offer a second mount as an optional extra in the future.
Gymnastic Rings Attachment also available. Sold separately.
