ATX Neck Trainer Option (NTO) Rack Attachment

This is the perfect attachment for targeted neck training. The trainer can be used to work on all your neck and upper trap muscles. It is designed to fit the 500/600/700/800 series racks, half racks and rigs in the ATX line. It is easily attached and removed with the simple screw on fixture that comes with soft plastic washers to avoid scratching your rack. The attaching pin is 20mm and the plate loading pin (with the provided adaptor) is 50mm.
