How to Order
We have 5 methods for you to place your order - telephone, text, email, Facebook Messenger and online. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for back order items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order.

UK Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods (e.g. food/supplements) or goods purchased in person. Please note that goods purchased in person are exchanged at the manager's discretion and may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. -There are exemptions to online returns, which include tailor made/personalised goods, as noted above.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Gym Professor Ltd. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged, you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in 14 days of delivery of your item(s) it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Gym Professor Ltd at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.

International orders are not subject to the same protection. Goods are ordered at the customers own risk, may not be covered by warranty or defect, and exclude local taxes and other consular documents that may be required. In the circumstance that a problem arises, we will endeavour to do what is considered reasonable in order to resolve it.

Made-to-order ("special order") items are not subject to the typical terms and conditions and are non-refundable, once made.

Faulty Goods
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the UK customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item.

Unpaid Bills
Goods delivered shall remain our property until complete payment. This includes the reversal of payments (fraud).

Warranties
All products on our website and in our catalogues are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you are using any of the products in an environment other than in a residential house, you must check to see if the product you are purchasing has a warranty for the environment you are going to use it in. For example, a product with a "home use" warranty will have no warranty whatsoever if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you are unsure as to which classification of usage you require, please ask and we will be happy to check if the products are suitable. No manufacturer's warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use, if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care. Warranties also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you require clarification of the terms for particular products, we will be happy to supply these for you, if not already detailed on the website.

Non UK Mainland Warranties (including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Europe & ROW - Rest of World)
Whilst deliveries to offshore addresses are possible, it’s likely that the product warranties do not extend outside the UK mainland.
Labour warranties at offshore addresses are typically not available at all. This means labour for service will have to be sourced locally by you, the consumer. We will assist with locating suitable engineers where we can.
Should the need for replacement parts arise, it may be necessary to have the original part returned to our Head Office for part replacement clarification. This will assist in avoiding errors.
