    A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. -There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods.

    Items must be returned to The Gym Revolution at the customers expense in their original packaging and in perfect 'saleable' order – The Gym revolution reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. A full refund minus any delivery costs incurred by The Gym Revolution will be given.

    In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you must first contact The Gym Revolution to discuss the return. We will review and where appropriate, authorise your query and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from The Gym Revolution.

    Any promotional items received when purchasing the goods that are to be returned, must also be returned or paid for in full. We recommend using a registered service when returning any items to us. Please note, any customer, who refuses to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, manufacturing defects or warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, the customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by The Gym Revolution.

    If possible, please email a picture of the product showing reason for return or question. Include the transaction/invoice number and date of purchase for item in question.

    The products must be returned in like-new condition for resale. The products original packaging must be intact when received.

    Changed your Mind?

    Goods returned to us because of a change in circumstance must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. delivery charge. If the item returned qualified for Free Delivery, you will be charged for the respective cost. The item(s) must be returned within alloted timeframe, as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery. Unless products are deemed defective, shipping costs for the return are at buyer’s expense. We will not refund return shipping cost or shipping costs for original order.
    A request for merchandise return, exchange, or issues with merchandise received must be made within alotted timeframe. 

    If your return is damaged in transit or we are unable to resell the product as new, the buyer will not receive full credit for item(s) purchased. We strongly suggest you insure your return packages, and make sure the product is safely protected and padded.

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind.     Faulty Goods

    Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.

    Warranties

    All products sold on our website or on site are covered by a full manufacturers' warranty. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as by product. Customers should refer to the product details or speak to a member of the sales team for details of individual product warranties.

    Cancellation

    Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund prior at any time before the order has been shipped.

    Made-to-Order Exclusion

    Made-to-order items, including (but not limited to) Custom Urethane Dumbbells, Custom Weight Plates, Custom Logo Lifting Platforms, ATX Configurable Rigs and Racks, are regarded as "special order" items. Whilst we will be mindful and considerate of any request to cancel an order, please be aware that it may not be viable for us to do so. These items are also exempt from return.
